The island of Barbados is an exotic island in the Atlantic Ocean and located in the eastern part of Caribbean. It is an independent island nation. Used to be known as Ichirouganaim, the island is of British descent like other Caribbean countries. Barbados hosted the final of the 2007 Cricket World Cup. Rally Barbados occurs each summer. At any time of the year, there is certainly a festival such as Crop-Over, Oistins Fish Festival, Gospelfest etc. The nightlife is very lively and the visitors are offered to try the Bajan cuisine.
